I recently received the 2nd Edition of the New York Patch Guide for Law Enforcement Patches which was once again produced by Chris Begg. The CD features over 8900+ images of law enforcement patches from the Empire State. This is an increase of almost 2500 more insignia from the 1st addition. As a collector of patches from New York, I highly recommend this CD. It features many patches that New York collectors have only "heard" about and most likely quite a few that you probably didn't even know existed.
