FDNY Engine 46 / Ladder 27 – Custom Firehouse Patch

Another standout design was produced for FDNY Engine 46 / Ladder 27.

This custom patch features:

  • A traditional Maltese cross shape

  • A classic centerpiece logo

  • Bold FDNY styling

  • Distinct unit identification

Savoy Fire Department (Illinois) – Officer & Firefighter Variations

For the Savoy Fire Department in Illinois, we created two variations of their custom patch design:

  • Firefighter version (Red)

  • Officer version (Gold/Yellow)

Both patches feature a striking mascot design centered on a Maltese cross, incorporating the department’s identity and history.

Having multiple versions of a patch allows departments to distinguish rank while maintaining a unified overall design — something we frequently help departments develop during the design process.
